I would like to say that in my opinion also my hands on experience that Harm reduction is by far the greatest positive factor for the decrease of Hiv/Hep-c in the downtown eastside.Vancouver Coastal Health must continue to fund the these needle exchange programs.A greater focus must be put on arranging needle programs in other parts of the greater Vancouver area!!
